General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
On May 25, 2018, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will go into effect across all European Union markets. We believe this presents a new opportunity for marketers to strengthen their brand loyalty by focusing on consumer privacy while delivering amazing experiences. Think of it as experiential privacy — having privacy be a key part of the customer experience, through relevant privacy notices presented in context and choices that are on brand. TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS OF USE
All services within the scope of our teaching, further education, training and education are based on these general terms and conditions. Other terms and conditions of the customer are only valid if they have been confirmed in writing by the IST-Studio (Walter Kafritsas). The same applies to changes and additions to these General Terms and Conditions. Verbal promises and additional agreements require the written confirmation of the management. Please read them carefully.

BOOKINGS - REGISTRATION AND DATA STORAGE
You can register by telephone, in writing, by e-mail and on the Internet via our booking module. Since the number of participants for our seminars is limited, we consider the registrations in the order of their receipt. Your data will be stored electronically for internal purposes and will not be passed on to third parties. Order processing is carried out within the IST-Studio (Walter Kafritsas) with the help of automatic data processing. With his registration, the customer gives his explicit consent to the processing of his data as far as it is required for the order processing by the IST-Studio (Walter Kafritsas). FEES
The fees for attending classes, seminars and training courses are due for payment within seven days after online booking or invoicing. In Spain, VAT is included in the fees. Attending classes or seminars only part of the time does not entitle you to a reduction of the fee. If the payment deadline is exceeded, we are entitled to charge interest on arrears or processing fees for due reminders.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be made in writing in any case, whereby e-mail is sufficient or via the cancellation option of the booking module. Verbal cancellations are invalid. In the event that classes are cancelled due to a circumstance for which the IST-Studio (Walter Kafritsas) is responsible and an alternative event and/or date is not agreed upon, the IST-Studio (Walter Kafritsas) will refund the fees paid. Further claims are excluded. This does not apply to intentional and grossly negligent breaches of duty by the IST-Studio (Walter Kafritsas) or intentional and grossly negligent breaches of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent of the IST-Studio (Walter Kafritsas).
